By placing an order through the Freshwater Small Engines & Motorcycles website, you agree to these Online Purchase Terms & Conditions.
2. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or a refund.
3. Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Website prices are for the product only and exclude shipping and freight charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Payment
Full payment is required at the time an online order is placed.
Payment confirms your order but does not include any applicable shipping or freight charges.
5. Shipping & Freight
Shipping and freight charges are calculated separately and are not included in the advertised purchase price unless otherwise stated.
Customers purchasing online must contact our Website Sales Team on (07) 4243 5719 or admin@freshwatersmallengines.com.au to obtain an individual shipping quote.
Shipping charges must be paid in full before any order requiring freight is dispatched.

6. Order Collection
Orders may be collected from our Cairns store once notified they are ready.
7. Warranty
All new products are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Where applicable, we will register the warranty on your behalf.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Changes
These Terms may be updated at any time.

In-Store Purchase Terms & Conditions

3. Payment
Full payment is required before goods are released unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed to in writing.
4. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, we will advise you of the expected availability or offer an alternative or refund where applicable.
5. Special Orders
Products specially ordered at a customer's request may require full or partial payment before ordering. Special order items may not be eligible for return unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Collection
Customers collecting products are responsible for ensuring they have suitable transport and load restraint where required.
7. Warranty
